Developer-draft terms for the JobOrc private beta. Not a substitute for counsel-reviewed contracts.
Last updated: 13 September 2026
By creating an account or using JobOrc ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service is offered as a private beta. Billing, if enabled, may run in Paddle sandbox mode. Features, SLAs, and quotas may change without notice. There is no uptime or support SLA guarantee during beta.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials (passwords, session cookies, API keys). Do not share worker or admin keys in client-side code. You must promptly revoke compromised keys from the console.
You agree not to:
Job payloads, logs, and configuration you submit remain yours. You grant JobOrc a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. You must not submit secrets you are not authorized to store.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBORC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobOrc's total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid to JobOrc in the prior three months or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
Either party may stop using or providing the Service at any time during beta. Upon termination, your access may be revoked and data deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
